Just $2 pink Guava made me spend $700 for dental care

Confused? 

But it’s true.

I was on my way to a long journey and felt hungry on the way. I was not comfortable to get finger food to calm down my hunger. The reason is I was just recovered from a terrible viral infection, my eyes locked into a fruits seller, he was looking very old and tiring. Oh, dear..my sympathy hormones activated and my hungry converted into his well being.

I have approached that seller and asked for the price..there were many fruits with him like apple, orange, grapes, and many more..but, my eyes stuck with guava. He said it is very nice and sweet..hmmm…long time I didn’t try guava. So thought..let have one..he said, take 2., I said ok and asked where can I get some water to wash it? He replied "I will do it for you" he brings the fruits into the restaurant and washed it for me. With a very think full heart, I paid for the guava and asked to keep him the balance. 

Sweet, Nice, tasty, But.

I was back in my vehicle, and start to bite the guvava..really it was sweet and nice. its skin was very soft. the pulp inside was very tasty.  I have finished the 1st one, felt satisfied and was thinking of another one, which I kept in my handbag. without any delay, I took out 2nd one and started to bite..wow..the taste is better than the 1st one. but sadly, the joy was didn't extend longer. felt that I bite something hard..is there a stone in fruit? Or the metal part in it? Anyway, I took it out carefully..oh my god it was a piece of my teeth. I have stopped chewing the fruit..and have "research" in my mouth..yes part of my teeth..it was a big piece..is the guava seed that much hard? it can damage teeth? a lot of questions and another side feel angry on the 2nd fruit and the seller..why I took the 2nd guava?  I was a little bit nervous..it was the first experience for me..anyway, I have finished the fruit by swallowing instead of bite and enjoy.

Seen 2. Visiting a Dental Surgeon

I have to visit a dental consultant…

I had a search for who is “the Cheap and Best” dental consultant around me..you know, the most expensive care is dental care.

What happens? How can I help you? He asked with a big smile (he have a well-maintained row of white teeth, there is no gape in between like mine) 

I said that yes I know you are going to help me very much. I have seen your consultation charge at the reception (but don’t know why my voice was not loud enough) 

Anyway, I had explained the incident with some decorations. I have diverted the story in a food outlet and blamed a chicken wing.   ( still, I didn't blame the innocent fruit)

He invites me to lay on the chair and ..asked to open my mouth. he did a details inspection in my mouth with a lot of patience. 

His final report was very shocking….” your lower jaw, 2nd molar is almost cracked, the inner part is already deteriorated, never end. happen is happen, what's next" I throw a question to him. the replay was simple. nothing to worry we can take it out or go for a capping .i was confusing..he was very kind and added, .see..you are young you can still maintain your teeth with a capping. decision up to you. please let me know. 

when I was leaving, he waned, please careful while chewing food. do not eat anything hard by that side. (1st restriction on my diet) 

my curiosity made me ask, actually what was the cause for damaging my teeth? anyway, any other teeth damaged? he replied still with a smile, the cause is yourself. you are responsible for this damage. "you didn't take care of your teeth". 

is it? nothing to ask more.

paid, registration fees+consultation +GST, Next appointment 2 weeks later.

Behind the scene.

on the way back, I was fully concentrated on my phone for searching about dental capping.

there were mixed reactions on the success.

my day started with a controlled diet. I have locked one side for chewing..feel very uneasiness and had made followup appointment with the dentist.   

word of the doctor was still disturbing me.."You are responsible for your damage"

I have started referring to how can care for your teeth.
Dental care is Health Care.

Statue of unity a wonderful architecture

What is Statue of Unity?

The Statue of Unity is a tallest statue of Sardar Vallabhai Patel

My understanding was very limited about this amazing project and dream behind the statue. I had been read about one of the great personality on India during my early school syllabus. So that I was little more excited to my visit.

Sardar Vallabhai Patel (1875–1950)

Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel who as an Indian statesman and independence activist and the first Deputy Prime Minister and Home minister of independent India.

He was the chief adherent of Mahatma Gandhi during the non-violent Indian Independence movement. And he was a follower of Mahatma Gandhi during india’s independent movement.

There are many more to describe about the greatest person Sardar Vallabhai Patel. It will be better you to visit his history than my words.

Height of the statue

As on today this is the highest statue in the world with the height 182 meters (597 feet),

I have read from the wall:

Statue of Unity (India) – 182 Meters

Spring Temple Buddha (China) – 153 Meters

Ushiku Daibutsu (Japan) – 120 Meters

Statue of Liberty (USA) – 93 Meters

The Mother land calls (Russia) – 85 Meters

 And, the statue is facing to the downstream of Narmada Dam

Where is Statue of Unity Located?

I was stated my journey from Ahmadabad (City of one of India’s state Gujrat) and pass by Vadodara.

From Vadodara, I have travelled by road about 110 Kilometres, the final destination name is Kavadiya Colony (Narmada valley) it is under Narmada District.

The statue is visible from about 8killometer away from my journey  

I found there is no traffic congestion, plenty of space for parking and tasty refreshment are available around with reasonable price.

I am not familiar with the geographical history as I have no detailed data on hand. But, what I have seen is,

Attractions:

As I understand that, the statue is divided to five zones and 3 zone only accessible to public. Zone 1 is including a memorial museum and garden, zone 2 reach up to the statues thigh level, and zone 3 is up to the viewing gallery.

Laser Light Show

A Light and Sound show using laser lights projected on the Statue of Unity The beautiful and colourful laser lighting with an excellent narration of the history and life of Sardar Patel and his unforgettable contribution to the Independence of India and the unification of India as one nation.

The Valley of Flowers

 

Visited The Valley of Flowers. I have read that, the valley is spread across 600 acres. The number of flowers planted with 48,000 and as on now, it reached 2,400,000. And there are 5 type of unique creations in the valley, the design called Thematic Park. Named Garden of Senses Panchatatva, Green Energy and Upcycling Park, Sardar Park, Butterfly Park, Butterfly garden and adventure park.  

There is selfie point and photo booths are located beside the park. It was a nice experience at the park.

Sardar Sarovar Dam

Which is the 3^rd highest dam in India with 163 meters height and its discharging capacity is 100,000cubicmeter)

The dam is surrounded with The River Bed Power House, The Godbole Gate, and the Head Regulator of Main Canal. (Which I have not visited due to time constrain)

Many other amenity projects are still under construction and, I will visit again.
